Order Policies
- “NO CANCELLATION OF ORDER WHEN TRANSACTION IS DONE”
“NO PAYMENT TRANSACTION SLIP NO SHIPMENT” - ” NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE” Unless it’s our mistake or either changing of your prefer size. It takes another fee for shipping process to be made when you want to replace it for another size.
- Orders will be process only after the payment is made.
- You may place an Order by completing the Order form on the Platform and clicking on the “Submit Order button. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Order.
- You may track the status of the delivery at the “Order Tracking” page of the Platform.
Warranty Policies
- 2 weeks store warranty on selected items.
Non-electronic items warranty 1 day only.
Physical damage are not covered by warranty factory damage only. - 100% Buyer Protection, from the date of delivery of the Product, you may return a Product when you:
- receive a product that is fundamentally different in nature from the Product specified in the Customer Contract;
- receive a faulty or damaged Product;
- wrong item is delivered;
- receive a product that has missing parts/items; or
- receive a product that does not fit (for fashion items).
